The lesson “Nutrition Changes in a Baby’s Diet” focuses on when a caregiver is introducing her baby (generally 7-9 months-old) to solid foods. The lesson covers appropriate nutrition for the 7-9 month-old child, addresses safe/ healthy local foods, reviews symptoms of allergens due to food choices and helps a caregiver establish a plan for introducing solid foods to her baby.
