The lesson “Budgeting and Managing Your Time and Resources” encourages a caregiver to effectively deal with scarcity. By examining the things demanding most of her time and resources, she can begin to categorize tasks into what she “must”, “should” and “wants to” do. This process helps her balance the things she must do with what she wants to do. Overall, this lesson introduces the concepts of prioritization, boundary setting and planning so that a caregiver can maximize her desires, skills and strengths.
