This module is part of the Equipping for Partnership series, an ongoing library of learning modules intended to equip and empower frontline Compassion staff to serve the local church. The learning activities in the Purpose of the PF module are designed to help Partnership Facilitators be successful in their new ministry role. As you move through this module, you will discover Compassion leadership’s heart for the PF role, further understand recent changes to Partnership Facilitator job responsibilities and learn how you can best collaborate with others to strengthen the local church’s ministry to children. There is no global deadline for completing any of these activities, and you can access them as often as needed. Talk with your supervisor to plan a pace of development that works best for you.
