The lesson “Daily Routines and Boundaries for the Toddler” helps the mother/caregiver understand the benefits of having routines with her toddler. The lesson includes possible routines that are appropriate for toddlers as they progress through different stages of growth and development, including sleep patterns, eating patterns, and active and passive play patterns. The lesson enables the mother/caregiver to choose several routines for her toddler that are appropriate for her family’s lifestyle, as well as equips her to identify new age-appropriate boundaries and routines that support her toddler’s holistic development.
